We had an incredible time discovering your country and sharing the stage with Azerbaijani legend Alim Qasimov.

A huge shout out to the band and to my incredible singer and friend Najwa Ezzaher.

"I was thrilled to take the stage at the legendary Baku Jazz Festival, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, and to share the magic of “La Vie en Soul” with the vibrant music lovers of Baku. Sharing the stage with Najwa Ezzaher and a lineup of world-class musicians, we promised to ignite the night on the 25th at Jolly Joker Baku with a fusion of jazz, neo-soul, and timeless French classics reimagined.

But that’s not all-exclusively for Baku, we’were elevating the experience with a string section from the Azerbaijan State Academic Orchestra, unveiling brand-new songs inspired by Middle Eastern melodies. As we like to say, “This show speaks to the hearts of our mixed origins,” blending the romance of Paris with the soul of Beirut."
